Description
1983 Jetter Lite BMX Race Bike
Great condition for it’s age, not all original, headset top bolt does not secure tight, has a few upgrades from stock, GT CRMO seat post, SR423 stem, Vintage 85 AME grips. This is a smaller sized frame about 17.5 but with 20″ traditional BMX tires, in 83 the frame size was on the smaller top tube length, I will update the actual size shortly. Jetter was from a bike company in New Jersey which was a rebranded off label of Shogun Bikes. WALD Made in USA Gold wheels. Frame set is nice looks like a Motomag Loop tail combined. One of the Rat Trap Pedals is loose and needs to be rebuilt.
Feel free to ask questions, if you need more detailed pictures I can message them.
All sales are final, no returns or refunds, not a business just cleaning out the garage, thanks
looptail, loop tail
Jetter Somerest New Jersey, Jetter Pennsylvania, Shogun may be a brand of Marui, a Japanese trading company specializing in bicycles. They had been known in Japan for their Orions brand and debuted the Shogun name in the USA circa 1977. The bicycles appear to have been contract manufactured by various sources over the years.
