Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking details.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer reliable and affordable shipping options across the United States.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location, weather, or carrier delays.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your shipment anytime using the tracking link provided in your email.
Large or Heavy Shipments
Some BMX bikes and frames may require freight delivery. Freight shipments are curbside delivery only. Please ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the package upon arrival.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated time:
- Contact us immediately at support@vintagebmxbikeshop.com.
- Provide your order number and photos (if applicable).
- We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping details before checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
