🏁 Refund and Return Policy
At Vintage BMX Bike Shop, we want every rider to be stoked about their purchase. Here’s how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.
🔄 Returns
– Return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
– Items must be new and unused with all original packaging.
– Start a return by emailing us at info@vintagebmxbikeshop.com with your order number.
– Shipping for returns is on you unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
🔁 Exchanges
– Wrong or defective items? We’ll swap it free of charge.
– Exchanges depend on stock availability. Out of stock? Get a refund instead.
💰 Refunds
– Once we receive your return and check it, we’ll approve or deny your refund.
– Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
– Shipping fees are usually non-refundable unless the item is defective or wrong.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
– Gift cards, custom orders, and “final sale” items cannot be returned.
⚡ Damaged or Defective Items
– If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos. We’ll replace it or refund you.
