REFUND

At Vintage BMX Bike Shop, we want every rider to be stoked about their purchase. Here’s how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.

🔄 Returns

• Return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
• Items must be new and unused with all original packaging.
• Start a return by emailing us at info@vintagebmxbikeshop.com with your order number.
• Shipping for returns is on you unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

🔁 Exchanges

• Wrong or defective items? We’ll swap it free of charge.
• Exchanges depend on stock availability. Out of stock? Get a refund instead.

💰 Refunds

• Once we receive your return and check it, we’ll approve or deny your refund.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping fees are usually non-refundable unless the item is defective or wrong.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards, custom orders, and “final sale” items cannot be returned.

⚡ Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos. We’ll replace it or refund you.

📝 Important Notes

• Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
• Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.
• We keep it simple: return, exchange, or refund—it’s easy and rider-friendly.
